High Concept Statement

Group scheduling app. Visualize common free time in a calendar to schedule meetups/hangouts amongst group members, maximizing the social utility of your free time.

 

Status Quo

This app eliminates the issue of asymmetric information when finding free time to meet people. College friends who all have different class schedules.

 

Competition

Google Calendar, Doodle; People now use the competitors, but the existing apps have a very mechanical, tedious methodology to find common free time. Requires cross-checking on both/all parties’ sides. These current apps are also not ideal for repeated meetups.

 

Solution

Easing the scheduling process & also promotes socializing. A much more streamlined and visual process of matching available time slots.

 

Revenue Model

Ads; Or possibly create partnerships with local F&B or activity-based establishments to offer promotions if you have your meetups there. Receive a “commission” from user transactions at these establishments.
