High Concept Statement

Help undecided college students figure out what they are passionate about to avoid wasted time

 

Status Quo

Lots of students are undecided about their career due to lack of exposure to options. They end up finding out what they want to do later and regret the wasted time. This app hopes to quicken the time of discovery by exposing those students to many career options.

 

Competition

From what I’ve seen, some students try to join clubs, take classes, or do activities that may correspond with a career/hobby that peaks their interest. Then after doing the activity, the student decides if they like the activity. Competition: PathSource

 

Solution

Succinct videos and information about career paths they may be interested in. Then the user follows an inspirational person in the field of interest, understand how they made it far in the field, and take away lessons to succeed. VR experiences of life in the careers.
