High Concept Statement

Safe All-in-one Car Service and Nanny Provider for Kids

 

Status Quo

Full-time working parents who are unable to drive and/or chaperone their kids to/from school (if they do not qualify for school bus) or to after-school activities either due to busy schedules, distance between work/home, or lack of alternate family/friends that are available

 

Competition

For towns that do not offer after-school shuttle service and/or offer buses for homes that are in “close” vicinity to the school, working parents are left with no option but to either have one parent quit their job or hire help. Competition exists on the West Coast; there are a couple of newly formed companies (HopSkipDrive and Zum)

 

Solution

The geographic location being considered is the East Coast, starting with New Jersey. It will be a crowd-sourced reviews with availability of certified drivers and nanny around the geographic area to provide immediate services.

Centralize via mobile application with a fixed pricing for each type of services
