High Concept Statement: 

TechIntegration is a platform where Businesses lacking up to date, modern, and most effective software can find integrators of new technology. Management in companies already have so much to focus on in dealing with the maintenance of the company that they often lack the foresight dealing with new technologies that could possibly help them gain an edge in the market against their competitors. This app is necessary for upper management because of the fact that technology is growing at such a fast pace that anybody with a substantial amount of work already on their hand cannot go searching for better technologies to use for their company even though that extra piece of high tech software can be what puts you above your competitors in an instant.

We believe there are companies, businesses and people in upper management that want to integrate new technologies that are foreign to them but can drastically, effectively increase production rates or data analysis rates that help them make quicker, better business decisions or decisions for patients in hospitals.

We believe these needs can be fulfilled by providing a platform in which all businesses ranging from health to finance to restaurants can find technology integrators that are able to help them learn and use software and technology to better their business. The #1 value customers want to derive from this solution is the power and control they acquire over their businesses once they are able to implement new technologies whether it is faster business decisions or easier ways to store data for example on the cloud.

Competition:

Accenture is a company that deals with technology that is on the horizon. It does consulting analytics, has cloud services and does many studies on several industries such as the banking industry, energy, health, insurance and more. Our solution does not employ our own services. The truth is there are already so many services out there. The problem is that many people simply don’t know how to apply these services and not that these services are not there. We do something that Accenture doesn’t put heavy emphasis on and that is integration. We contract technology integrators and businesses.

Revenue Model:

There will be two revenue models for TechIntegrator. One will be based on a subscription fee for the companies that need habitual integration of technology. The other will be a fee taken from the transaction between the contractor and the technology integrator.
