Concept Name

MonsterTask

High Concept Statement

Kill procrastination and gamify your task & project managing by fighting monsters.

Status Quo

For me, sometimes I struggle to properly create tasks of my upcoming assignments and breaking those tasks into smaller tasks so that they’re easier to jump into and allows me to focus more. I’d assume some high school and college students could use this, even middle school.

Competition

I usually use the Notes App on my phone or I use any other tools that allows me to lists assignments that I need to get done. The primary competition is other note taking apps or task apps.

Solution

MonsterTask would make completing these focused tasks fun by creating a monster of your assignment and then making the tasks-to-be-done into attacks against the monster. So each time the user completes a task, the monster takes damage. Once the entire assignment is done, the monster is vanquished.
