High Concept Statement

You would use Exchange if you need help with getting something done.
It’s like Uber for help and small tasks.

 

Status Quo

City dwellers with busy lives don’t always have the time to get their chores done. Moreover, they may need help with other tasks/jobs. Exchange is a platform that will let people get these tasks done by connecting them to people who are willing to perform these tasks.

 

Competition

Customers address this desire by going either asking their friends for help or by using already existing platforms. Our primary competition is TaskRabbit – a platform that allows people to request for and obtain help.

 

Solution

Customers will prefer our product for a more reasonable pricing system based on bidding, a larger number of ‘task finishers’ and for a real-time “help system” that will let customers obtain on demand help without having to wait for long. Exchange will also allow for self-defined tasks.

 

Revenue Model

Exchange will take a percentage of every transaction made through the app. Premium subscription will allow “Premium” users obtain help in real time.
